Welcome to Rescue Within. My approach is personal because I have spent much of my life serving alongside people navigating crisis, trauma, loss, overwhelming responsibility, burnout, and change. I understand what it means to carry responsibility for others while quietly carrying your own weight. I have witnessed extraordinary resilience in hospitals, emergency response, leadership, and everyday human moments—and I have learned that people rarely need someone to rescue them. They need someone willing to listen, understand, connect, and help them rediscover the strength already within them. That is why Rescue Within is different. I have the ability to relate with compasion because I have lived it too, but I also bring humanity, empathy and true connection. There is no judgment, rehearsed answer, or one-size-fits-all solution here. Whether I am supporting an individual, leader, or organization, my commitment is simple: meet people where they are, honor who they are, what they have experienced, and help them move forward.
